Delivery methods
- Courier to address — delivery right to your door, usually 3–5 days within the city or region.
- Pickup point / parcel locker — collect your order at a convenient location, 2–4 days.
- International shipping — to any point in the world, 5–12 days depending on the country.

Lead times and cost
- The exact delivery cost is calculated at checkout after you enter your city and address.
- In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment.
- Pre-order items ship after arriving at our warehouse — the estimated lead time is shown on the product card.

Tracking
- After dispatch you receive a tracking number — order status is visible in your account under Orders.
- Order statuses: Paid → Awaiting stock → Being packed → Shipped → Delivered.
