These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website partoza.com (the “Site”) operated by Booster Performance DWC-LLC (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

1.1. The Site provides a catalogue of automotive parts and accessories, allows Users to search for items, submit wholesale inquiries, and place retail orders.

1.2. Users must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Account and information

2.1. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided when placing orders or submitting wholesale leads.

2.2. Users must not impersonate any person, use the Site for unlawful purposes, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation (including automated scraping without our written consent).

3. Orders and pricing

3.1. Product prices on the Site are presented in USD and may exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties depending on the destination.

3.2. Wholesale pricing requires registration as a wholesale customer and is governed by a separate agreement.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund where applicable.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock availability, destination, and selected carrier.

4.2. Risk of loss passes to the User upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Returns and warranties

5.1. Products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5.2. Return requests should be sent to general@partoza.com within 14 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, code, logos) is the property of Booster Performance DWC-LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use without our written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Product giving rise to the claim.

7.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights of Users residing in other jurisdictions.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is published at partoza.com/terms/. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
