Overview

Oil filter Ford BE8Z6731AB removes combustion residue, soot, abrasive metallic debris, and sludge deposits from engine oil. The spin-on metal canister houses a pleated synthetic-blend cellulose media element. Internal specification features a silicone anti-drainback valve preventing oil drainage back into the sump upon engine shutdown, alongside an internal bypass valve operating at 1.0–1.4 bar differential pressure. Outer casing dimensions measure 76 mm outer diameter by 85 mm overall height with M20x1.5 connection thread and a pre-lubricated nitrile rubber sealing gasket.
