Overview

Heater hose quick disconnect connector Mazda D65161240 connects the heater matrix hoses to the engine cooling system lines. Manufactured from heat-resistant heat-stabilised PA66-GF30 polyamide, this component withstands coolant exposure, working temperatures up to +125 °C, and system pressures up to 2.5 bar. The unit features an internal EPDM rubber O-ring seal and an integrated spring retaining clip allowing push-fit attachment without special service tools. Specifications include a 16 mm internal fitting diameter, an 18 mm hose spigot outer diameter, and an overall length of 65 mm. Cross-reference OEM numbers include D65161240 and D651-61-240A. The connector maintains a fluid-tight seal along the heater circuit during coolant circulation, preventing fluid loss at the bulkhead interface.

Fits Mazda 2 DE models built between 2007 and 2014, Mazda 3 BL and BM models from 2008 to 2019, Mazda 6 GJ models from 2012 onwards, and Mazda CX-5 KE and KF crossover models.
