This engine repair kit includes four complete cylinder sets engineered for oversized cylinder bores. The nominal cylinder diameter measures 77.0 mm, which represents a +1.00 mm oversize modification over the standard 76.0 mm factory dimension. The top compression ring features a height of 1.2 mm, the second compression ring measures 1.5 mm, and the oil control ring assembly measures 2.5 mm. Manufactured from alloyed cast iron and high-strength steel, these rings feature a hard chromium coating on the sliding face to reduce friction coefficient and resist scuffing under severe thermal loads.

This piston ring set fits Mitsubishi 4G18 1.6-litre petrol engines installed in Lancer IX models produced between 2003 and 2008, as well as Space Star models manufactured from 2001 to 2004.
